You can cancel or reschedule a service from the 'My Booking' screen of our app. We advise you to do so at least 5 hour before the original schedule time.

After each service is completed, our customers are asked to rate the service and judge the overall satisfaction of the service.

Our backend team is constantly engaged to ensure that you are served on time. In rare cases when the service provided does not arrive on time we immediately arrange for a replacement and schedule a time convenient to you to do the job or register a cancenllation of the service requested.

Absolutely! We conduct interviewa, check referrals, licenses, and do background checks on each and every service provider. Only those professionals who pass our strict onboarding process are allowed on our platform.
